We are delighted that you have chosen to browse our website and we hope we can be of service to you. We hope that you enjoy your shopping experience and are very proud of our products and design. The terms apply to the use of this website including purchasing flowers, plants and gifts. Please note that your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
The use of the words – we, us, our: refers to Meadowlands Floral Design.

Meadowlands Floral Design delivers flowers and gifts all over Auckland and New Zealand. We pride ourselves on our fresh quality flowers. We also offer an international service to most countries via our professional florist networks.
Pricing
All items are in NZ dollars and include GST. The standard delivery charge within the Auckland area that does not include an outer suburb is $15.00.
Cancellations
Meadowlands Floral Design cannot cancel any order that has already been prepared and completed.
Substitution
Throughout New Zealand seasonal conditions and regions may affect the supply of some flowers and foliages.
If, for any reason, we are unable to supply the exact content of your order, we may have substituted an item as close as possible to match colour and design. However, if this is necessary due to an item being unavailable for supply, we will attempt to contact you as a courtesy, providing you have supplied your contact details and any international time difference does not prevent us making contact with you. The basket, container or carry bag maybe change, it depends on stock availability.
Delivery Service
We offer same day service, provided the delivery address is one listed in our delivery schedule and your order is received before 12:00 pm, local time. For orders to business addresses, please phone us on 09 5376065 to confirm this is possible, and we suggest that make business orders one day before delivery date which we can guarantee next day delivery. We do not, however, guarantee delivery within a certain time frame. We may leave flowers/gifts in a safe location if the recipient is not at the address, providing it is safe to do so. However, should this be necessary, we will not be liable if the item goes missing, or is lost or damaged.
A second attempt to deliver may incur an additional delivery charge, and we can also send flowers through our networks to most countries. Shipping rates will be quoted within all orders. Some outer areas in Auckland require an additional surcharge. Delivery is possible on Saturday, but Sunday and some public holidays pick up only.

Customer Satisfaction
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, customer satisfaction and friendly service, and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you feel an item did not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please let us know by phoning 09 5376560 so that we can find a solution.
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Meadowlands Floral Design.

We will not disclose any personal information to a third party who is not involved in the preparation or delivery of your order unless required to do so by law.
Refunds
Meadowlands Floral Design may refund the price of a product, depending on circumstances. However this is determined on a case by case basis at our discretion. Refunds can only be made to the credit card of the original purchase.
Security
Payment methods currently accepted by Meadowlands Floral Design – floraldesign.co.nz – including credit cards are passed through a secure gateway.
